Trottle Body ?

On the 1988 XJ is there a difference between the trottle body for the I4 and the I6 engine? A relative need one for a 4 on the islands and all I find at the bone yards are the I6's.

The 4.0L throttle body is a bigger bore. They might see a gain in top end power and throttle response:D

Read an article in Jp magazine about using a 4.0L throttle body on a 2.5L engine as a power upgrade, according to them it's a direct bolt on if you stay with the right year.

Thanks. I may use on from the 4.0 if I cannot get one from the 2.5
