Need wheel size help!

I just got a set of Bridgestone all terrains 235/75/15 and I called to get a set of Cragar Soft 8's from Summit Racing, and the guy asked if I wanted 7 or 8 inch wide, 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 offset.

Are 8 inch just right for 235's or too wide? Which offset?

thats typically a slightly bigger tire than stock. stock wheels are 7" or 7.5" wide - if you have any plans in the future to get bigger tires than the 235's then get 8" rims or if you plan to sell the rims one day as the 8" rims are easier to sell. and yes the 235's will fit fine on 7" or 8".....my .02 cents

235s fit fine on stock rims. 15x7 with 5.25" backspacing.
