what do you think about it... worth it or not...how is the price

It is the normal APN header. Should work fine, and that is the usual price. Search APN and you will come up with some hits here. Most like it, some have had problems, but customer service seems to be great.

The only proven method I've seen so far is to put in a flex piece in front of the cat. so when the engine vibrates and moves around the exhaust will have some play in it as well.

If you cut out the stock cat mount that is rigid to the crossmember on earlier trucks, and rig up some rubber style hangers instead, it works pretty well.
