BFG Ats 31x10.5r15 and black steel rims 15x8

I have 4 BFG Ats with good tread on them there are 3 good steel rims 15in 5 on 5.5 on is busted on the inside but the tire is ok. 200 for all

Im interested in the tires, but I wanted to make sure the band isnt broken on the center tire....it looks raised up on the outer edge...may just be the pic. also , how much tread is left on the tires, could you get a closer picture on the center tire in the upper row...thanks. I will have to drive from cleveland TN..so i want to make sure!
