The rear wiper on my 90' does not delay, it otherwise works fine other than it runs fast.

Would this year have delay? This jeep is new to me, all my other, later model XJ's have rear delay.

If it should have it, what do I need to fix/replace.

No, the 90's are denied the delay.

Is there a way to put delay on it?

That friggin thing is driving me nuts going 90mph back and forth. All it seems to do around here is rain, and I'm always needing to see out the rear when backing(there's a lot of little kids in my neighborhood), I don't want to run over any of the little monkeys.

You must live in the Indiana region!!

I would like a solution as well. There must be a relay out of a 91+ that would work. I will have to look in my FSM.

It would seem that there should be a switch or something that could be swapped from another model.

HogWash, I live in VA, but during the tropical/huricane season we get a lot of wet weather out of the Gulf. It rides right up the Appalachains into the Blue Ridge.

ON later delay models, I think the delay is built into the motor, so you won't be able just to find the relay. It should be possible to wire some other delay relay in, if you can find one, but the quickest, though hardly cheapest, alternative, would be to find a later model wiper motor.
