Your rear ccv is clogged up. Take it off and try to clean it out or buy another one from the stealership. It's A in the pic below...

I started getting a little seepage of oil from the front fitting, so I took the rear one off the valve cover and shot some throttle body cleaner through the hose, with the other end still attached, and the engine on. I also arpayed it liberally around the orifice in the fitting. Did that for a while, then killed the engine, took the thing off completely, and shot some more through it. It came out clean from the other end, so I think it's clean again, and there should be no more seeping oil for a while. I've never had it so bad that oil gets in the airbox.

You should check your compression.

The CCV provides a vacuum source to draw crankcase fumes into the intake manifold to reduce emissions. The tube to the aircleaner allows fresh, filtered air to enter the head and block. If the CCV is clogged then the fumes and oil can backflow into the airbox. This can easily be fixed by cleaning/replacing the CCV tube. Ofter, removing the valve cover and cleaning all the gunk out from inside helps too. There are MANY threads on this.

However, if your compression is bad, then combustion gases escape past the rings and can "over pressure" the block and blow out through the tube as well. The only way to deal with this is to replace the rings.

Some have chosen to deal with it by placing a "catch can" in the tube to the aircleaner. It traps the oil and allow you to drain it when it gets full.

Here's link to another jeep forums that show what one guy did.
