messurment for 4.5 lift??

Using the dirty method what messurment would i need for 4.5 inches of lift on my 99 cherokee? I'm at 28cm front and 29.5cm rear??

28cm / (2.54cm/inch) = 11" ... That means absolutely nothing to me without points of reference.

stock hight is 6 3/4" . so 11-6.75=4.25 so you have roughtly 4 1/4" inch lift
