Headlight Relay location?

After flooding my 98 Cherokee Classic, the headlights are stuck on when the battery is connected (this is the least of my problems with it, but need to start somewhere!). Where is the relay located for the headlights? Also, does anyone have a diagram for the fuse panel on the passenger side kick panel?
