Just got a job at Mt High Ski Resort!

pretty happy about it. nowhere else was hiring.. and after five minutes in an interview BAM i was hired. lol.. but i still had to sit and listen to the lady for another hour and ten minutes!.. so if anyone snowboards/skiis on here you just might see me in the parking lot greeting people and handing out brochures. haha. just thought id share my excitement of the day. :spin3:

no i cant sorry man.. but i get mine for ten bucks! after i work 20hrs i can get u a night pass, 40hrs a 4hour pass, and 80 hrs a day pass.. how bout somethin like that?

i think its like 60 bucks to rent a board for a day, not positive though but ill get back to you on that.. i can only get one season pass for that cheap. but they are on sale right now for 300, and once the season starts it goes up to around 500 bucks..

35 bucks for a borard and doot rental and 30 for the skis.. Unless they changed prices... I own my own shred sled so no renting for me :D

A buddy and I worked at Mammoth Mountain during a winter break from SDSU. He went into lift ops and I was a food cashier. He got like $.25 more an hour and got to freeze his ass off while I got my meals free and a warm seat. Never had to clean anything. It was a sweet gig.

dang free meals??!! lucky sob. lol yea i get 50% off all food, and 25% off all items, clothes, snowboards, stuff like that.. which is pretty good im not complaining.. id definitely is a bonus to be warm all the time, instead of bein out in the parking lot though :flame:

i spent the 01/02 & 02/03 winter seasons in Whistler Blackcomb Canada, just working for the mountain & snowboarding almost everyday. Definately one of the most fun times of my life. A really cool experience working in a resort town!
