Hey, I moved to the area recently and don't know any jeep heads down here really. Looking for people who like to go out and play in the dirt and work on Jeeps. I also don't really know any places to ride and that sucks. If any of you guys/gals want to get together let me know.

Wow only one guy posted and he's not even from Charlotte. I'm gonna try to get over there for that meet but I will post in the other thread once I have a definite answer. How much for 1 rig and maybe a couple of friends?

Yea people are slow later in the weeks on this board. Weekends are dead usually IMHO. The cost for camping is like $5 a night to stay at the group camp.

Its relatively close and there are supposed to be trails for all types of rigs. And it looks like it could be fun.

I live in mooresville. If you wanna meet a bunch of wheelers, you should head the the Farm in lincolnton. It's about 30 minutes from charlotte.

I should be there. I might have something about to pop up, but as of now I'm going.

Yeah I'm definitely gonna try to make it but I've gotta fix my rear sag and get new shocks on. Any leads on fixing the sag or any experience with that anyone?

Depends on the type of lift you did. Was it an AAL? Or a spring pack?

Currently I only have a budget boost (spacers to fit some BFG 30's) I have the stock springs and leafs. I was thinking about doing a hybrid pack from a donor s-10, Blazer or something similar. But wanted to know if there is a better or easier way to fix it. Or if anybody had any experience with making a pack.

I have done a couple. The xj main leaf with the s-10's lower leafs is the easy way to do it. Another option is the xj leafs with the s-10 second leaf. All you need is a center pin IIRC.
