wont turn left

i have a 2000 xj auto lifted 3", i go up the street today and it wont turn left, it will turn right and back straight but no left, i went offroading last night and took my custom bumper of today before this all happened, although the frame tie ins are rather long i dont thing i dammaged anything tryin to wiggle it out

literally the same thing happened with my friend's tj last week, It ended up being a bent tie rod and the pitman arm.
