Please Help With A Rough Start???

Hope you Die Hard XJ guys can help me with my daily driver! (YES I HAVE A XJ AS WELL)
I have a 1997 ZJ with a V8 most mornings it starts hard and idles rough, you kick it in to gear and it dies. After you get it going it seems fine. I have tried to turn the key on and off to try to get the fuel pressure up but it dosen't seem to help. It dosen't do it all of the time so I am having a hard time chasing it down.

does it seem to idle low. the iac motor may be sticking and the throttle plate be gummed up. if this is the case, there is a possibility of the intake plenum gasket leaking causing oil vapors to be sucked from the engine through the breather hose in the air cleaner. that will gum the throttle body and iac motor up.
