We are new to NAXJA but we have been around awhile, We have made OEM parts for other companies for 4 years, Wholesale Manufacturer for 18 months, & Retail Sales for the last 9 months!
Now we are ready for NAXJA, we have been getting alot of visits and buyers rom NAXJA for our Differential Covers in particuar so we finally joined! BTW, we make alot more than Diff Covers and if you have any ideas on products we should make give me a call, we are open to suggestion......
One of the first things we do when we open up a new area is we give all of its members a Discount, useable on any and all of our parts, it is a code good for 10% off when checking out.....Lets make it simple, how about NAXJA for that code, plug it in the discount/coupon code box.
I will add different posts from time to time about different products we make to make things work better.....watch for them.

You guys make that disk caliper mounting bracket for the 14 bolt.
Make a set of brackets for Chrysler 8.25, Dana 44 and Dana 35's to allow stock ZJ calipers or some other inexpensive stock caliper and rotors to be used alone for rear disk conversion on XJ's. No need for a whole kit, just the bracket to mount up a caliper.
On NAXJA alone you'd sell a BUNCH!!

Not a bad idea at all.....been working on a replacement for the old D44 fronts, PITA!, rears are much easier, I have all of those axles, i will look into them. How much does the ZJ caliper cost? The GM small or large pattern are hard to beat for price......

The GM's would probably be a better solution.
A key in my opinion is somehow making sure we use a rotor (and axles) with the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern of Jeeps.
A potential problem is the parking brake. Without the backing plate from a ZJ which accomodates the parking brake it will take some "re-engineering" to work something out there. I don't have an issue with the parking brake so much as I have an automatic, live in Illinois and VERY SELDOM use it anyway. I usually only pull the ejection handle when working in the garage on the front and need to keep the rear from rolling. Chocks would solve that for me. Not so sure about street legality without a parking brake though.
There are other 3rd party solutions out there but they include EVERYTHING and are pricey.
An ideal product for me would be something I can bolt on, go to Advance Auto, buy some loaded cals and a couple new rotors, slap em on and hit the dirt. For those on a budget, hitting the junk yard for those items would be the task.

I believe the emergency brake is required everywhere. we have been looking for alternatives for awhile, and don't say the Eldorado caliper, I know 20 people that have tried them and not a one could keep it adjusted. The Ford 8.8 with the ebrake works ok but it is on an 8.8. And I know it can be modified to fit some others but not enough. The Nissan Maxima and some Toyota Supras both had an integral ebrake that seems to work well under 4000lbs.......

Have another winner for you guys. An A Pillar mount for Wrangler side view or any cheap truck side mirror. Rocklizzard sells a light mount for the A Pillar but one like it could be fabbed to hold a standard, easy to find side mirror that can be removed for trail runnings.
Reason I say this is because I ripped both mine off today at the Cliffs in Illinois.
