2.5L mods?

What is out there to get better fuel economy or just a better running truck?
What have other 2.5l owners have done to theirs?

First of all, what year is it, what is your current economy, and how well does it run? In all truth, there aren't too many options, but any that there might be are based on the year.

Oh, is it auto or manual? Auto's will SUCK, if you have one swap it for manual... ha.

i've heard about using a HO throttle body but i'm not too sure about that. i could've read it wrong. might only be for the 4.0L non HO
