98 XJ Turns Over but Won't Start

This thing is driving me nuts. Worked fine until the battery was disconnected and for terminal cleaning. Now it turns over but won't start. Also, the gauges normally all kinda come on when the key is in. Now, the voltage gauge and the fuel gauge do not work. The only gauge that moves is the oil pressure moves up to zero. Any ideas?

You did get the right terminals back on the correct posts ? I don't know how it would act if you did reverse them.
