Tires, rims, maybe a shackle

Looking for either some 32x11.50r15 A/T or M/T, or 33s. And I'll need some rims to go with them, 15x8. I don't have too much money though to spend so I'm hoping 70%-up tread would be good. These are for a DD.
I might be looking for a lift shackle as well, 1" or 1.5" lift for an XJ. Thanks.
