got a spare tire today. would it be safe to mount a 35x12.50x15 on a 15x7 wheel? its a stock wheel.

Maybe for an emergency spare but it's not recomended. 15x8" wheels are cheap and available. Have a real matching spare with the right offset so your rig drives right if you need it, it's cheap insurance.
