THANKYOU, I WILL CHECK THAT. AS A THOUGHT, IS THERE MAYBE A DRAIN THAT IS CLOGGED AND OVERFLOWS TO THE FLOOOR?

I have the same problem. A windshield repair guy told me the a drain in the basin underneath the windshield wippers is clogged. He said that is the only way a lot of water can get into the foot wells (at least via rain).

I still have not fixed it. But I did notice, it only leaks when I park on a slant. When the passenger side is lower than the drivers side.

I am guessing garbage in the cowl or garbage in the heater/ac plenum box. I had the drain in my Neon plenum box clog up once. It did the same thing.
