what shims do i need?!

im getting a hack n tap and new driveshaft pretty soon and i dont know what size shims i need

right now i have 4.5" RE leafs so i figure im sitting somewhere around 5" of lift

so what size shims you guys suggest i get

Probably 2-4*, but measure the angles yourself once it's installed.
