a black XJ, 4 dr, lifted about 5" with bushwackers, roof rack (I think) and a windshield banner
was headed north on I-15 at about 7:30ish near the construction area

I was in a tan dodge 1 ton with idaho plates

yeah, I know on both counts, but I did have a 3.5 hour drive to get done

was probably me...My XJ is Black Rhino-Lined, 6" teraflex lift, roofrack, pushbar......
