Trac bar mount cracked?

My 89 xj has been clunking up frony lately. So I've been looking around up front and the top mount of the tracbar looks like its spread out between the stamped steel bracketry by the spot welds. Am I seeing it correctly? Is this a common problem? I've heard of the bolt holes getting wallered out , but not sure about this frame mount point.

I've had several brackets on both the axle and the frame get tweeked, ripped, and otherwise mangled. But it's been nothing that some steel and a welder haven't been able to fix.
