Seperate.
The give-away is 1 rig, 4 tires and 1 winch. Its open to pre purchased tickets and people do not need to be present.
This raffle is buy them on site, be there or we draw another number. :)

A lot of the vendors are attending the event and carrying stuff out themselves.
Some of it is in a friends RV already. Some of it is gift certificates.
