Cone or tapered washers

OK, just got bent over at the dealer. Ordered the intake manifold bolts, they are 3/8-16x 1 1/4" long. Dealer price $4.13 each, cone or tapered washers $4.27 each. Went to a fastener supplier here and got the same grade 8 bolts, 8 for $2.25 but he did not carry the washers, these are the spring loaded tapered ones for holding on the intake and exhaust. Any idea of an aftermarket supplier ?
They are 1 1/32' in diameter and 1/4 inch thick

are two dealers that sell parts online for near wholesale, of course shipping and handling may add up to make it close to the original price.

I thought the OEM bolts were heat treated or at least coated to help deal with the temp stress, I'd worry Grade 8 bolts from any source might crack and break off. Washers are a problem, never seen them at any hardware store and I've been to more than a few.
