Why does it look like you don't know how to wheel on page 5? Looks like you're just flooring it through up and out of those creek beds...

Very nice rig, handsome family and it's good to see you made it back home safely and in one piece.
Oh..and thanks.

I couldn't get to the page to check out your rig because my sorry excuse for a laptop is at it again.
Exactly how are people being disrespectful though?

Maybe he means to each other? Keep in mind many of us know each other pretty well, and a great deal of what is said/typed in forums is said/typed in jest...

Ok once again the wheels are clean cause i had just went through a creek, and it just amazes me that people get on here and look at all the hard work that went into this rig as im sure alot of you have put alot of hard work into your rigs and 80% of the people that have commented on here have had negitive things to say.

You mean towards you? Are you serious? Please point them out, because I haven't seen any at all...

Your Jeep is very nice. So are thousands of others. I don't get it, are you fishing for compliments or are you genuinely offended?

We bust each other chops on a regular basis, but then most of us have been here for 4-5 or even 8 years. Alot of us have warped senses of humour, some like beej have perverted senses of humour and some like XJ_ranger have immature senses of humour but he's still in college so what can you expect :D Gee, did he post on this ? I'll bust him anyway, he's not posted any hot chicks in the den latey... :D :D :D
As for the wheels, well look at the pics from a non-I was there perspective. Jeep is muddy from roof to rockers and there are these nice shiny as though 'just unboxed and put on' crying out, man I can't get ANY of the wheels on all three of our jeeps looking that bright though the canyons on my TJ come close. Don't take stuff so personal...

I think he's offended we didn't come in here and immediately kiss his ass.

this one. but to answer mdl's question: it's a function of shutter speed on the camera combined with the water vaporizing as it hits a hot underbelly.
mdl has never seen this before, that is why he asks.
I think the front-end flex has some more room to go.

Ok so i am pretty new to this site, maybe i did take some of the things some of you guys said the wrong way, either way i wasnt looking for anyone to come here and start praising my work and what not. I am open to critisism, and suggestions. And just so u know, no the wheels wernt just thrown on for the picture. Granted the picture was taken about 3 days after i got them put on, but like i have said before, the wheels were muddy but right before we took the picture i was playing around in a creek therefore the water cleaned the mud off, if you look at the site you will see a pic of me playing in the creek. Anyways thanks to all of you for the comments. Suggestions are also welcome on what i should or shouldnt have done.

You should have heard the crap I took when I went to a car wash one time (after wheelin') to get the mud off my Jeep. It was unmerciful ... :laugh3:
Most people here are very honest, but sincere in wanting the best for you and your new hobby (addiction). If they see something unsafe, they'll let you know. If they see something to razz you about, well be prepared.
It's all in fun unless you turn into a "tard" ... but that's another thread.

BTW: I do like your wheels ... and yer wife. ;)

All right well now that, that is settled what exactly do i need to do to become a full blown member. Cause i do love this site. There are a lot of good people on here that i would like to get to know some of you better, and besides that i have learned a lot and want to learn more from some of the "old timers" to this site?
