I'm trying to figure out why my jeep won't start. It seems that the culprit is really weak spark. I've replaced the following things:
CPS
Distributor
Plug Wires
Plugs
And i took the coil out of a working jeep and put it in mine.
Now heres the kicker, i've had a problem with coils in the past. First time the coil went out i experienced similar symptoms. Then about 6 months later same thing and i replaced the coil again, now it's been about a year since the second time i replaced it. Both times i took it to autozone and they told me the coil should still work, yet it fixed my problem both times.
I guess what i'm wondering is what could cause this, and if it is worth buying another brand new coil to see if it fixes the problem or if there is something else i should be looking at?
