stock tire carrier support brackets?

Does anyone know where I can get the support brackets for the bumper mounted tire carrier? I bought one from a wrecker and had it shipped to me but they didn’t include the brackets and insist they weren’t on the Jeep. I’m looking for the brackets that tie it into the unibody. I can probably make something that will work for the tailgate easy enough.

Mine is the kind that does not attached to the side body panel.

do you have a pic of what you do have. I have all the part # for the rest of it. Just need to know what exactly you already have.

If you have the schematic I think you have, I need part #5, #11 & #12. Is there an easy way to post pics on this forum, without have to create an account at a photo hosting site?

5502 6246

the first number is discontinued the other 2 can be ordered from your local jeep dealer

Discontinued doesn't always mean not available. http://www.chryslerjeepdodgeparts.com/oem_parts.html seems to have all three parts. Call or email and make sure.

Thanks, I guess they are there, but it will cost an arm and a leg to get them...
