Indicator Light

My 4wd indicator light in the cluster is not longer functioning.

I have a FSM and the instrument section told me to goto the transfer case section to see how to diagnose the "transfer case switch"... However, the only electronic switch related info in the transfer case section has to do with the VSS and my speedo works just fine...

I have a 2001 XJ with a 4.0L AW4 and NP231 t-case...

Can someone point me in the right direction? I'd like to make sure it's not this "switch" before I pull the cluster to check the bulb.

But I still don't get why it's not covered in the FSM.
