Last weekend I went wheeling & took my front doors off like usual. When I went to reconnect the door harness in the kick panel I plugged one of the plugs into the wrong plug somehow (give me a break - it was 5am & pouring rain!). It immediately made a sizzling noise & I popped it back off after about 20 seconds (stupid snap clip necessitated a knife to release). I realized that it actually plugged into another plug & plugged it in the right spot. I tested my windows & now they all work besides the drivers side rear door window.
My question is - what could be wrong & what can I do to fix it?
Another question - what is that extra plug there for? I plugged in all 4 connectors & still have this open plug in the kick panel.
