clayton rear coil conversion question

I am in the process of installing the kit and am looking for a measurement of where to mount the lca mounts on the rear axle. divide the 40.165 by 2 then measure that distance away from the center? just my thought

Another way to do it is take two pieces of string and measure the distance apart you need and tie them around the axle. Then measure from the string to the end of the axle each side and adjust accordingly until both sides are even and maintain the initial measurement.
