Parking light short out

i think i blew the fuse. i touched two of the tail light wires together on the driverside by accident when workin and there was a small spark and now the parking light up front and running light dont work in back, both on driver side where it happened. the factory manual shows spot 13 on the fuse box being the park lights fuse, but there isnt even a fuse physically there. how do i get these babys runnin again? arg

What year?

Check the fuses under the hood. It's not labeled for the parking lights or anything that would even resemble that. I think it'll be a 15 or a 20 amp fuse but I don't remember. Just go through all the ones under the hood.

Thats where it was on my '97.
