Good Shop in West Chicagoland burbs

Anyone in NE Illinois know of a good 4x4 shop? I need to have my sons ZJ D30 replaced and we just moved here from Cali.

Don't have a good garage set-up or I'd do it myself.

I am out in Oak Brook.

Right now it is my son's DD. Will probably want to wheel with it once he is sick and tired of the gas.

Have been looking at a D44, but what Jeep do you get that out of to bolt in?

North Ave near 355.
Suburban Driveline.
very knowledgeable 4x4
a bit pricey and takes a few days to get it done.
but, it is done right !

LOU's is just plain expensive.
however, TED in parts is a cool dude.
any part you want...he'll get it.
he doesn't do used parts.

I got a guy in St. Charles
they vave a CArX shop but are very good 4x4 guys.
(they like cash)

If you want a really good shop, thats a bit further west, try total performance out in somonauk IL. about 60 miles west of the city on rt. 34
I have had a lot of stuff done their and they are just great to deal with, fair prices, and always have good stories and knowledge to share.

ive taken two jeeps to suburban drive line, they have been good people to deal with and have done good work.

if youre in oak brook all you have to do is 83 north to north ave, north ave west for about 2-3 miles.
