Trouble

Going to upgrade wheels and tires. Going to have 35" tires. The hard part is deciding which size wheels to go with. Cost isnt different for me so keep that in mind. So whats the concensus?

16" tire and wheel will weigh 94.5lbs
17" tire and wheel will weigh 99.5lbs

I personally from the road couldnt tell if you were rolling on 16's or 17's so I would go with the 20 less total pounds of spun weight.

How much wheeling do you do? What kind of wheeling do you do? Is that added or subtracted sidewall going to hurt/help you? Something to think about.

Getting into larger tires, too much sidewall is a bad thing, IMO, 35s though, I doubt it would matter much.

In larger sizes, the major tire manufactures will have more of a selection in 17 due to the fact that is the rim size the off-road race cars are using, so if you want availability to the latest greatest, go 17"
