Well given that Hans Blix tripped over prohibited chemical warheads and the US just removed 500 tons of yellow cake out of Iraq (who has zero reactors) I'd say he's wrong

I'd rate this right up there with the theories that we, USA, hired the guys to fly the jets in the WTTs.

But they spoke on the record! This isn't some off the record non-sense, this is 2 CIA agents saying on the record that they did it!

...anyone wanna bet if these guys are still in the CIA?
The author's whole reason they "confessed" to him is BS. That's like saying I can give out classified information, that its ok for me to divulge it, because I'm not the originating classification authority. So I'm "clean"
What a bunch of BS....

Robert Richer was the associate deputy director of operations of the United States (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States) Central Intelligence Agency (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Intelligence_Agency), the number two in command of the Operations Directorate, the part of the Agency responsible for human operations overseas. He took early retirement in September 2005, after only 10 months on the job, with reports that he "lacked confidence in the agency's leadership" [1] (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/09/08/AR2005090801796.html) and had "operational issues."
A former Marine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Marine_Corp), he was with the agency for 35 years, and was the former chief of the CIA's Near East division.
After leaving the CIA, Richer worked for Blackwater USA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackwater_USA) as Vice-President for Intelligence. [2] (http://www.totalintel.com/dsp_aboutus_personnel.php) Then in 2007 Richer created Total Intelligence Solutions, Inc. with Matthew Devost, Co-founder and President of Terrorism Research Center, which as said by Richer "is about delivering evolved intelligence and security solutions to the world's most demanding customers."
Richer still resides in the Washington, D.C. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington%2C_D.C.) area with his wife Kimberly and their children; Samantha, Elias and Rogan.
Funny that it doesn't even appear Richer was involved with anything overseas in 2003...and that monkey on his back regarding Iraq must have been so terrible, it caused him to go work for Blackwater USA, the most prominant private security firm in Iraq....

If he already had 500 tons of yellow cake why would he need to talk about Saddam's attempt to purchase some from Africa in the State of the Union?

If he had it and didn't use it then the nay-sayers would say that he shows no signs of implementing it on the US. If he is activly seeking the stuff then it could be used as proof that he was still building weapons, violating UN sanctions left and right while bending France over a barrel and laughing at the US, and most Americans think yellow cake is made with lemmons.

What you don't like it? There's others who have contributed, so it apparently is interesting to some...
