View Full Version : xj limited slip d44's - great condition

I have two d44's from XJ's. Both are limited slip, both 3.54 gearing, and both have brakes that appear to be in great shape - the hardware on one is still colored and looks to have brand new wheel cylinders! One is for me, the other is for you. Come and take your pick - will swap components from one to another if you like.

Since I will be running a detroit - thanks Scott!! - and hopefully disc brakes, those parts may be harvested from the second axle as well once I get my gears set up, look for a second ad from me.

400$ for the complete 44 drum to drum, ready to bolt in - ebrakes/cables included

150$ for the second trac-lock and 3.54 gears/shims combo.

This would be a great bolt in upgrade for anyone with a d35/8.25. Despite great condition

All these looks and no takers? Hard to believe! Still trying to get pics, but both of these are really quite nice axles... Will hopefully get the pics up tomorrow!

guys i saw these axles as he was pulling them...be careful they may be hexxed!!!

no we were just gonna snag the shafts...not the whole axle man...and i didnt even need them i was there for another crossmember

I will need these or 8.25's as i have Dana 35's atm. I have to talk to wife first before becoming serious at looking at them and or making an offer as I just found out what I have and what I need on my rig.

well, i have one 44 for sale, and will have a 29 spline 8.25 with 4.56's for sale after i get the other 44 under my jeep.
