I know this will probably show up in the event forum, but I thought I would throw it out anyway.
What trails are you planning on running during the event? I will probably not get there until Wednesday night, so... Poison Spider on Thursday (leading), ??? Friday, Kane Creek Saturday.
As for Friday I have never run Strike Ravine, anybody know how it is? Long? I may just end up running Metal Masher or the rim.

If I'm not mistaken, Dave is asking what everyone is planning on running while they are down there, not what the trail schedule is.
Monday, I might hit Hell's Revenge for a warm-up.
Tuesday, I'm leading Hell's.
Wednesday, Steel Bender.
Thursday, I'll be chillin' with you, Dave on PSM.
Friday, Most likely Metal Masher.
Saturday, I'll be harassing Ryan on Elephant Hill.
Have you been able to talk your sis into coming down with her JK?

Randy - the thread you linked to is for signing up for leading a trail. I believe Dave is just asking to see which trails people are choosing to drive.
I'm completely up in the air as to which trails I'll be doing. I was disappointed to see Behind The Rocks missing from the list, as it's my current favorite trail.

the 24 hours of Moab bike race is that weekend and they will be using the behind the rocks area for the race and to prep for the race all week

Yup, 24Hrs of Moab presented a major conflict on BTR, as it also does for Pritchett later in the week. If you want to Jared, we can still run out to the dunes and get some hang-time in the JK......

Dave here are some Fall Fling strike ravine run albums, these were run bypassing a part of the official/historic route. Took us out to mid afternoon with a short stop at Area BFE for lunch last time.
1st trail featured on this album from last year.

Cool, you can be my assistant again on Steel Bender. :) Then we'll head back over to Potato Salad Hill again.
You're leading Hell's on Tuesday? I'm in.

I don't know. The last time we did that, the non-invites outnumbered the invites. Poor Derek, rushes to get off work, pick up his XJ from the shop and meet us at the trailhead to find 10 more vehicles than he was planning on. Sure was fun! :D

I'll probably be in the tent next to Jared's Saturday and Sunday nights, the rest of my week is pretty well spoken for with trail leader duties. I do hope to hit Metal Masher on Friday. It will be the first Fall Fling trail I have done in years that I won't be leading. :)

I haven't decided which Jeep to take yet. The big white XJ has not seen Moab since the build. The only time I've even wheeled it at all was our trip to the dunes. I need to get it sold, just haven't found the courage to sell it after all that work. I'd like to see it conquer Moab first.
However, the sand nudes sound like fun!

Do yourself and everyone else a favor and if you "just end up" running the rim DO NOT do it alone! That trail will find any flaw in your jeep, believe me!

That said, if you and your Jeep are up to it, one of the best trail runs I ever did was a solo run up Moab Rim. It was 30 solid minutes of ledge after ledge to the top, no stopping to wait for anybody, no stopping for photos, no stopping for nothing. I got into that zen jeep state where my Cherokee was an extension of myself. :)

I also did a solo to the Rim several years ago. It was an exciting run, with a high pucker factor. I'm glad I did it, however once was enough. Also made the run one time with you Alex.

Ok and fine, I was having fun on my solo run until I broke a control arm mount and almost ended up ass over teakettle on the last ledge before Devils Crack coming down. In fact I got to drive down from that point with hardly any steering, brakes going out, and 2 wheel drive. Fun, fun, fun! I did get to know Steve at 4x4 Outpost real well that day! :D

I can relate to that... '06 Fall Fling I led a very small group on the Rim and Ranger Rick ended up braking near the top on the way out. I went into town for parts, then "zenned" it back up the trail just like you mention, solo and in the zone, not to mention rain. We got him fixed just in time to come down in the dark. Very memorable!

My buddy, Phil, actually broke 11' into that trail. He busted a big chunk of aluminum out of his factory wheel.

Yup. Unless I break down, which is pretty unlikely. (knock on wood)
It takes me 2 hours, 45 minutes to get to Moab from my place and I'll probably leave at 5:00am.

I'm still considering option B (or am I up to C now?) which would be to leave here after work Monday night and drive to Moab. Then find some place to park for the night and sleep in the back of the Jeep.

Israel, I'll have an empty bed in the RV if you need for Monday night. Just call so I can kick Cuma off of it and he won't try to take you as you come through the door!
