I have a HP D30 and 29 spline 8.25 from a '99 XJ. Both have 3.55 gears, and are complete with all brakes.
D30 has rotors, pads and calipers replaced a little over a year ago. Pads still have a ton on them, as I haven't driven the car that much. Comes with a spare set of shafts with hubs attached to them.
8.25 had brakes (drums, shoes, hardware, and one wheel cylinder) replaced end of last summer, and doesn't have much wear on them. Complete with e-brake cables. Note: one of the shock studs did brake when I was taking off the shocks. I have the necessary pieces to fix it.
$175 for HP30, $200 for 8.25. $350 for both.
