Where to find fuel return line for 1986 Cherokee diesel

I have an 1986 Cherokee diesel (2.1L Renault) and I need to replace the fuel return line/harness. Any thoughts on where I might find one? This is the hydraulic mesh tubing that goes through the injectors and back to the pump. Thanks.

just looked at forum again after long hiatus so maybe too late with an answer.
I have the diesel jeep for 20 years now, bought brandnew. just this week had starting problems which caused me to change a bunch of 20 year old hoses including the return lines from the injectors.
Took the harness to a local brake line manufacture shop and they did a great job! reused all the banjo fittings and copied with new fuel line. cost me 40 Bucks. good for another 20 years!! one can hope.
