I took my 98 XJ limited to the dealership to have them program 2 new key fobs for me with the DRB3 scan tool. They couldn't connect to the body computer in my car... What gives?

Go to a dealer that knows what they're doing.

I can get the fobs programmed free at the stealership that i went to... Thats why i went there... Could it be that the jeep had a car security system in it? all the harnesses are there it just doesnt have the little brain box thingy

If the BCM is missing you should have a lot more issues than door locks
