Yep I just got off the phone making my last payment on my JEEP! It will go through on friday and in 7 to 10 days I will have title in hand. :worship:

It's going to be a strange thing having all this extra cash in hand to do stuff with. I have 400 ish on a credit card and out side of the house payment utilities and my cell phone this guy has no other bills right now. 300+ a month extra to do stuff with is just nuts.
I'm doing a bit of a happy dance right now.

It was a crazy feeling I’ve been dreaming of this day for some time now. I have a list of stuff I want and need to buy for the jeep. I’m really thinking of jumping on that TNT ylink overstock sale they have going on. Then I can upgrade the rest of the components as I go. If the GF gets her a new jeep and I get hers as a DD then mine is going into teardown and rebuild mode. I have so many things that I need to do for it. I hit the 100K mark on it so the gen stuff really needs done first then I’ll start on the upgrades. I have a few things that I can work on first like the axles and have them ready to go so I can just pull my Jeep in drop the old ones and toss in the new ones. I really need to pull the rock rails and bumper have them sandblasted again here at the shop maybe even primed and painted if they have time to squeeze them in. on a black job. If I can pull off the Ylink then just get new coils and springs I can go up to my 35s and have it all done by next summer. Even be able to do COfest and some more wheeling and camping next summer.

Troy didn't "pay" for them. He floated the money for a day because I couldn't leave work in the middle of the day to drive across town to buy some tires. And even if I could, I was still SOL cause the Audi was obviously down and my buddy had been borrowing my Jeep for the last few weeks. So I was hitching a ride to work anyways.....................;)

I think my boy River was taking a jab at humor - in that Audi and "Obviously broken down" might just be synonomous. Or maybe that Audi could be German for broken down - kinda like geknickt or kaputt.
