JB SYE rear seal replacement??

Just wondering how to replace the rear output seal on a SYE. I know I have to remove the yoke but what I need to know is whether or not I have to remove the housing to get to the seal? Does it just come out from the front of the SYE or from the inside?

Update..
I was able to pry it out from the outside of the cone and punch the new one in.
