rear end sag

i have a 96 xj with a 3 inch rough country lift (new springs, no blocks) the rear end is a little biut lower than the front even with no weight and brand new springs. i fount some 1.5", 2" and 2.5" lift blocks from http://www.redrock4x4.com/shop/categories/65_101_103.html does anyone think this is the wrong way to go, or have any better ideas???

How much lower are you talking about? If it's an inch or less then get a set of MJ shackles for the rear. If it's more than an inch but less than 3 get a set of boomerang shackles. Whatever you do stay away from blocks even the 1" one's, all they do is help induce axle wrap. The PO of my xj had 3" blocks in the rear and when I did the bastard pack to replace the springs the main leaf could be flexed by hand.

I have blocks(and new leafs) and Im going to replace the blocks with shackles. The blocks definatly made it feel weird under acceleration.

Call up Rough Country and get a set of their shackles.

TNT Boomerang shackles is what I did.
