A/c probs

i have an 87 mj w/ac and when im sitting still it works fine but when i accelerate the ac fades away but the defroster blows hard all the time, what could be wrong with my system

You have to swap a wire on your A/C relay so it gives the compressor an extra volt. I had the article, I just cant find it. I had to do this even with a updated electrical system, 4 gauge, 2 gauge,ect....It works.
I will continue to look but someone must have it saved. good luck

or your low on freon and when the speed of the compressor picks up it lacks pressure

All other things being equal. you have a properly charged system, no leaks ect... try this
