I am undecided on whether or not I should go with RE 3.5in lefs and coils or if i should go with a 3in and then add 1in lift shakles. I have RE upper anf lower control arms, HD trackbar and discos but I am still not sure about the springs. What are the advantages of going with a longer shackle on a 4in lift?

a longer shackle will give you better flex. when the pack tries to compress it gets longer and the stock shackle just isn't long enough to allow for this to happen with bigger spring packs. longer shackles will also help correct your pinion angle.

who makes 3" full leaf packs anyways? im sure theyre either 1- procomp crap, or 2- aal kits
