All I know of is Sams Offroad. Are there any others out there? I'd like to compare prices. I don't want to make one, I want to take the easy way out.

Thanks for any help.

Check out the one I built for my son's toy.It uses 1 RE super-flex joint and the rest are XJ uca bushings. Its adjustable at both ends(for OAL and pinion angle).

Good job. That looks nice and clean.

Where did you get the ends to house the uca bushings?

I assume you used a tap to thread the tube? or inserts?

Thanks!

The plain ends are from JKS.No inserts just 1"x12 chromoly allthread and a female collar from RE.The tubing is 1-3/8"x.188" chromoly.

How about the collars for the uca bushings? Ruff stuff? Last question..:)

As I said JKS!

i definitly like those alot, the ones by timmy look like overkill, they just look huge. Plus not a big fan of the reduced ground clearance. I reallllly like the ones on that 'yota though

I came across that one when I was searching. I second the "holy shit" comment.

I'm going to copy your design except I think I'm going to go with a gusset at the front where the two bars come together, instead of bending one of them.

Thanks for the help.

The bend isnt needed,I just put it there to help protect the diff, kinda like a slider, thought I might add a little skid like N-th degree does.

was there ever a price given for that setup? I looked but couldn't find one.

That would work out nice. I don't want to do the bend because I don't think it would turn out the way yours did.

I think a gusset will work out ok.
