visibility issues

so driving home today i got stuck in a farly large storm

raining so hard that the streets dont have a chance to drain


i have a 99 cherokee with a 2" old man emu lift and everytime i go through any puddle now all of the water just splashes right onto my windshield so i cant see


any ideas on how to stop this from happening

also show pictures of some custom fender flares that you have found

Always works in Washington...
