Anyone changed the front seal on the NP242?

I think my front drive shaft input seal is leaking. Has anyone changed this?

What do I need to remove the yoke other than a socket and impact or muscle? Will I need a gear puller to get it off?

My assumption is that the yoke comes off and then I remove the seal, put the new one in. Replace the yoke (line up the marks I made), and torque it down to something like 200 foot pounds. (I have to look up the torque spec).

Why would the transfer case leak more in 4x4 than in 4x2? Doesn't the oil pump in the transfer case run all the time?

the pump runs off the main shaft it runs all the time the only reason that they leek more in 4wd is because there is load put on the front driveline and is causes the seal to leak more.

Thanks guys. I worry about this stuff until I've done it once then I'm HellBoy cool.
