dash lights out, fuse blown..huh??

the fuse labled park lamps keeps blowing and the dash lights stop working when i turn the headlights on. the headlights still work but no guages light up. possibly a bad headlight switch? i think i have heard of the headlight switch having a short which keeps the guage cluster from lighting up. the fuse keep blowing when i replace it. arghh!

Man i have this problem with mine too i finally gave up and just jumper wired it so there on all the time
