Just a D30. The lumps are there on all D30s.

It is hard to tell from the cell phone picture, but I'm leaning towards a D30. The reason I think so is because a Jeep Cherokee "wagoneer" is a completely different vehicle from a Jeep Wagoneer. My dad pulled his D-44 from a 86 Wagoneer and I pulled mine from an 83 J-10 Truck. The axle above is the 86 Wagoneer D-44 front. Notice the size of the hubs with the lockouts included. Also, notice that the axle is for a leaf spring (spring under) type setup and not a coil setup.
