aw4 problems

this what I got for codes when I scaned the ecu:
Transmission control system malfunction
Shift Sol A Ckt electrical
Shift Sol B Ckt electrical
Tnput/Turbine Speed sensor A ckt malfuntion
the tranny will work fine untill it reaches about 165 degrees then check engine light will come on and tranny will not shift (up or down automatically) , I can start in 1st gear and shift up through manually just fine, but thats it, oh yeah its a 98 with the 4.0L, any help would be great, thanks

hey thanks frank I read about the nss last year in jp magazine but had forgot all about it till you mention it, I hope that will fix it

replaced and adjusted nss but still have same problems, definetly electrical but the tranny still runs fine untill it heats up above 150 degrees then all hells breaks lose.....is it the tps? or input speed sensor? any ideas or help would be great, thanks
