blown head gasket

ok, not relating to a jeep, but in general..

if the radiator fluid is matching the engine oil fluid.. same color and texture and all.. that would be the head gasket correct?

my buddie's 91 toyota 22re .. just making sure before i take the heads off.. kinda a choc milk look to both the oil and the radiator

To me that sounds like a blown head gasket for sure. It could also be a cracked block but most likely the head gasket. Good luck
